LITITZ, PA — ARRO Consulting, Inc. (ARRO) announced that Brady Flaharty, P.E. has been named president and chief operating officer! With this promotion, Flaharty will be responsible for the management and oversight of all technical and administrative operations at ARRO. Flaharty began his career in the engineering world at Penn State University where he completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, with a minor in Environmental Engineering, in addition to his Master of Engineering degree in Environmental Engineering. A licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania, Flaharty has twenty four years of experience in management, planning, engineering and construction of large scale infrastructure improvement projects, working closely with public and private entities on all aspects of projects. He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Pennsylvania Water Environment Association Stormwater Committee, and the ARRO Consulting, Inc. Board of Directors.
