STATE COLLEGE, PA — Vita & Vita Realty Corp. announced the signing of Giant Food Stores (a subsidiary of Ahold Delhaize) at Hills Plaza (Rte. 322--South Atherton St.), State College. Giant leased 68,000+ s/f and will co-anchor the 200,000 s/f strip center by relocating its College Twp. store. A Starbucks Café and a wine/beer department is planned. Hills Plaza is part of the 316,000 "Hills Shopping Centers" that includes Hills Plaza South and Short Hills Plaza. Additional major tenants at the project include Ollie's Outlet, Rite Aid, McDonald's, Firestone, Weis Market, Victory Sports, Ace Hardware and Home Center, and Taco Bell.
