BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Arbor Glen, a Bridgewater-based full service, non-profit senior living community, announced its acquisition by LCS, one of the leading providers of highquality senior lifestyle products and services – marking its official re-launch as the new Laurel Circle. Offering the community newfound financial security, LCS and its partners will also invest $8 million, over several years, for capital improvements to significantly enhance the experience of its residents through an array of improved lifestyle programming and healthcare services and major property renovations. LCS Real Estate facilitated the transaction and Life Care Services, an LCS Company, will provide management services. The transition from Arbor Glen to Laurel Circle represents the start of a new chapter for the community. Life Care Services, the third largest manager of full-service senior living communities in the country managing more than 130 communities nationwide, will take Laurel Circle to an even higher level for its residents. Beginning immediately, Laurel Circle leadership and the LCS development team will collaborate to build a strategic plan and execution timeline that will be rolled out over the next few years to offer its residents unparalleled advantages in all aspects of their quality of life.
