HARRISBURG, PA — MacuLogix, Inc. has leased 17,400 s/f of office space from DK Tecport, LP at 3721 TecPort Dr., Harrisburg. MacuLogix is one of the experts in age-related macular degeneration (AMD) whose mission is “to revolutionize vision care by empowering primary eye care professionals with the technology and tools needed to create AMD Centers of Excellence.” The new office at TecPort Dr. will serve as the company’s headquarters. Art Campbell and Jessica Gasper of Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the tenant in this transaction. In a seperate transaction, West Shore Home leased 13,900 s/f of office space at 4660 Trindle Rd. in Camp Hill from 4640-60 Associates LLC. The space will be used as the call center for West Shore Home, the rapidly growing home improvement contractor based in Lower Allen Township with multiple locations in Pennsylvania, as well as North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
