College: University of Virginia Tell us about your first or most unique job: As a Business Development and Leasing Consultant for a Student Housing Developer in Charlottesville, I was tasked with leasing an apartment building to students that wasn’t built yet. Learning how to articulate the future potential of an idea that has yet to come into fruition was a key lesson from the experience. The project became the premier student housing apartment building for UVA students, and I am proud to have been a part of the project. Tell us about your current position: Based in the Hampton Roads, Virginia, office, I serve as a Senior Associate for Marcus & Millichap. I lead a five-person team of multifamily agents who exclusively represent sellers of apartment buildings throughout Virginia and Eastern North Carolina.
