College: Bowling Green State University Tell us about your first or most unique job: At the age of 8, I was mowing lawns. I would go door-to-door in my neighborhood and ask if people needed my services. Although my neighbors were nice enough to hire me, they were generally unsatisfied, so that career was short-lived. Tell us about your current position: Based in the Washington D.C. office, I serve as a Vice President of Investments for Marcus & Millichap and specialize in the sale of local urban properties. This niche exposes me to a large variety of transactions. I have facilitated the sale of basic retail, office and mixed-use properties, in addition to apartment, condo, affordable housing, industrial and self-storage development assets.
