Sitar Realty Company was instrumental in negotiating this lease with the Whitesell Organization who owned and developed this industrial park. The location offered Home Depot Supply Group the flexibility of servicing the tri-state area with all of its Business-to-Business needs. The Whitesell Organization offered a facility that could accommodate a state-of-the art racking system with landlord support during construction. This site offers easy access to the NJ Turnpike, PA Turnpike, Route 295, as well as a good labor force to support the Home Depot Supply Group. Home Depot again called on Sitar Realty Company to assist with a hard to find location for distribution purposes.
