Greater Philadelphia Chapter of IFMA tours the new Comcast Innovation & Technology Center


CENTER CITY, PA — On Wednesday, April 10th, the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of IFMA toured the new Comcast Innovation and Technology Center and was given an insider perspective via an outstanding panel of those who helped bring an idea, a concept, a process, a methodology to a ‘reality’. The tower includes 10 NBC and Telemundo that are also Comcast companies. The panel, comprised of: Krista Sinker, senior director, Campus Planning – Comcast, Josh Katz, principal – Gensler, Andrew Horning – VP, corporate market sector leader – Bala, Phil Castellano – VP, real estate operations – Liberty Property Trust The building includes both cutting edge technology and contemporary amenities: destination dispatch elevators, each floor includes an all gender restroom with a shower and an underground walkway that connects the headquarters tower.
