PHILADELPHIA, PA — DAS Architects, is designing a 14-story hotel and restaurant at 11th & Sansom that will accentuate health and wellness. “Greek Philosophy’s guiding principles of balance and unity informed our design of this boutique hotel,” said Susan Davidson, IDC, co-founder and principal of DAS Architects. “The modern and minimalist spaces will feature a warm and neutral color palette, emphasizing natural materials, with expansive green walls on every floor. Our goal is to create an environment that promotes healing, centering and living a meaningful life.” Adjacent to Jefferson Hospital, the 86-room hotel at 122 South 11th Street will be a light-filled glass and aluminum-clad tower with dark bronze accents.
