Prism Capital Partners retains Goettsch Partners to design first ground-up office development at ON3

CLIFTON, NJ — Prism Capital Partners has retained Chicago-based architectural firm Goettsch Partners to design a new class A office complex at ON3, announced Prism’s Eugene Diaz, principal partner. The planned development of two towers would add 400,000 s/f of office space to the Clifton side of the 116-acre campus, which also spans Nutley Township. “This project could mark the first new trophy-grade, multi-tenant construction that the Northern New Jersey office market has seen in quite some time, and it is a true indicator of what’s to come,” said Diaz. “We are thrilled to retain Goettsch Partners – a firm known for creating innovative, headquarters-quality structures of the finest class – as architect.”
