REDCOM holds groundbreaking ceremony for new Residence Inn Hotel in East Brunswick


EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — The rainy skies parted just in time to celebrate the groundbreaking at the site of the future Residence Inn of East Brunswick. Those in attendance included owners Harish Surati and Bobby Sheth, Mayor Brad J. Cohen, the REDCOM Design & Construction, LLC team and several other members of the township. The completed five-story hotel will include 106 rooms, a swimming pool, a gym, and other amenities. REDCOM is set to finish construction of this 82,250 s/f hotel in Summer 2020. Approximately 30 subcontractors will be working throughout the duration of the job. The team is looking forward to working on another hotel project. REDCOM also announces the groundbreaking at Parkway Toyota. Those in attendance included Roger Ziontz, general manager of Parkway Toyota, Mayor Mario M. Kranjac of Englewood Cliffs, Russell Porrino, Chairman of the Planning Board of Englewood Cliffs.
