What is your greatest professional accomplishment? Being recruited to open the HFF Philadelphia office as office head, growing our team from 4 to 34 people, and our revenue from $4mm in 2014 to what will be $20mm in 2019. During this time, I also maintained the #1 market share in multifamily sales in the Philadelphia MSA. What is your most notable project, deal or transaction? Madison Apartments Portfolio; 22 asset multi-housing portfolio. Also, setting the record price per unit in Philadelphia with the sale of 2116 Chestnut, and in the suburbs multiple times with the sales of Eastside Flats, Hanover Valley Forge, and Park Square. Last summer we sold the largest property sale in the history of Philadelphia with Chestnut Hill Village. How do you contribute to your company and / or the industry? I operate with a player-coach mentorship model. Servant leadership. I am not here to manage, but here to give advice based on what I have seen work and not work. I also am a member of our national leadership team and I run our national middle market initiative, mentoring over 100 people.
