“Success is truly measured by your inner-self”

Tell us how and when you began your career in the profession you are in: My background is in Sports, Entertainment and Media. I have known the owners of SERVPRO for over 10 years now, and I have always admired how much they gave back to their community. After facilitating a corporate sponsorship with them for the Wawa Welcome America concert in 2018, we began to talk about how I could help build their business. The rest is history. Why did you choose the field/profession you are in today? It provides me the opportunity to really give back to the community including our First Responders, the homeless, fire and emergency disaster victims, and animals. How do you manage the work/life balance? When you truly feel that the work you do is making a difference, it’s not so much work, as it is a part of your lifestyle and who you are. The ‘life balance’ side to that is just giving undivided time to my family, which is priority. I schedule that time, just as I do any meeting or conference. Who or what has been the strongest influence on your career? Attending a Convoy of Hope event in North Philly and meeting the wonderful people committed to helping others. It made me take a step back and ask, “Why am I not doing more?”.
