WATERBURY, CT — Graycor Construction has completed the interior build-out and façade renovation of the DICK’S Sporting Goods store at Brass Mill Commons in Waterbury. Brookfield Properties which owns the shopping center renovated the former Toys R’ Us location for the sporting goods retailer. The store features a new sales floor, stockroom, restroom and offices.
