  • Trio of new leases signed for Freehold Industrial

Sheldon Gross Realty manages multiple deals, totaling nearly 15,000 s/f

FREEHOLD, NJ — Three new leases have been signed recently for space within the 165,000 s/f Fairfield Industrial Park at 920-922 Rte. 33 in Freehold. Each of these transactions was managed by Sheldon Gross Realty senior vice president Glenn Jaffe, along with executive vice president Jonathan Glick and sales representative Matthew Leonelli. Of the three, newly leased spaces, the Bury the Hatchet ax-throwing range is the largest, at 6,000 s/f. This location was previously devoted to office space. The consulting firm Abbington Engineering leased 5,484 s/f, while Garcia Sequeira LLC leased 3,209 s/f. “These three leases further solidify Fairfield Corporate Park’s reputation as a prime location,” Jaffe said. “Our agency serves as the park’s exclusive marketing agent, so I can say quite definitively that space there is in very high demand.”
