COLUMBIA, MD — Lee Chesapeake Property Management, the asset management affiliate of Lee & Associates | Maryland, has won a contract to manage Aberdeen Logistics Center, a 500,625 s/f warehouse/industrial building situated at 727 Old Philadelphia Rd. in the Aberdeen section of Harford County. Michelle Kimos, director of property management for Lee Chesapeake Property Management will oversee the asset management strategy on behalf of the company. Developed and owned by an institutional owner, the building is being constructed on a speculative basis with delivery scheduled for first quarter 2020. It features 36 foot clear ceiling heights, four ramped drive-in doors and parking to accommodate 261 vehicles. There is also space to accommodate trailer storage.
