WHIPPANY, NJ — Bergman Real Estate Group, in partnership with Time Equities Inc., have unveiled the recently completed renovations and improvements at Jefferson Exchange, a 172,000 s/f, two-building office complex located at 100-110 South Jefferson Rd. in Whippany.
Jefferson Exchange has undergone a major capital improvement program to the tune of $2 million to renovate the common areas, both inside and out, as well as adding many new amenities and services that will enhance the overall tenant experience. The interior renovations include lobby, corridor, restroom and cafe refurbishments, and the addition of a new side entrance lobby at Building 100 South Jefferson.
