ROCKVILLE, MD — Skanska announced the promotion of Apryl Webb, LEED AP, AVS, MBA, to VP of preconstruction for building operations in Rockville. In this role, Webb will apply her 16 years of experience, 13 of which are with Skanska, to oversee the management and execution of preconstruction for Skanska’s projects across industry sectors.
