PHILADELPHIA, PA — Keystone has begun construction on an additional 16 high-style residences at Lyndon at The Curtis, its collection of luxury apartment homes located in the heart of Philadelphia’s Washington Square neighborhood. The new residences, located on the building’s 11th floor, will be comprised of a mix of spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes, including many with private outdoor terraces and storage units, overlooking Washington Square and historic Center City Philadelphia. The units are currently available for pre-leasing, with occupancy expected to begin in late 2020.
