Size: 45,000 SF Kinsley constructed this new three-story, medical office building, which includes 25 exam rooms, two state-of-the-art digital x-ray units, a 4,900 SF physical therapy area utilized for rehabilitation services, space for pre-administration services and an Orthopaedic Urgent Care open five days a week. With an aggressive six-month schedule, Kinsley used in-house resource to expedite work including BIM coordination during design, ongoing meetings to review the schedule with the project team and subcontractors, and daily communication with the owner and architect to share changes immediately with the field.
