11 Cooper is Camden’s first large-scale waterfront residential development in more than 15 years. With 156 market-rate, luxury apartments, the $48 million project is filling a much-needed void in residential housing for the city. The building meets LEED Silver building standards, and one unique design element is a panoramic mural painted by a local Camden artist. The first floor of the building hosts restaurant and retail space. Torcon’s implementation of an aggressive BIM process during pre-layout dramatically reduced the potential for miscalculations in the field during construction.
