YORK, PA — York-based Kinsley Properties has finalized a lease deal for the Graham Packaging Company to fill the remaining square footage at a new distribution center off I-83 in York County. Occupying 374,254 s/f, Graham Packaging joins Schindler Elevator Corporation in the building at 700 Canal Rd. in East Manchester Twp. The 780,000 s/f distribution center, completed in 2019, is part of the Orchard Business Park Phase II. “Tenant demand remains strong for modern warehouse distribution properties.
