EDISON, NJ — Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial/retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, announced Rebecca Abraham and Janna Williams have joined the company’s Jaynes Industrial (JIG) Group, a strategic brokerage and advisory team within BRC, as sales associates.

Abraham and Williams will join JIG team members Steve Jaynes and Doug Jaynes, both Industrial Specialists. Abraham will focus on the Northern/Central New Jersey industrial market, with a particular emphasis on logistics, freezer-cooler facilities, and shipping-related clients. With Williams’ extensive experience navigating commercial real estate, she will work with clients ranging from small business owners to nonprofit organizations in offering guidance in property acquisition, development, and zoning compliance.

“We are thrilled to welcome Rebecca and Janna to the Jaynes Industrial Group of BRC,” said Steve Jaynes. “They complement the team’s commitment to delivering optimal real estate solutions that align with our client’s business objectives. Their client-centric attention supports our dedication to delivering the highest standards in real estate brokerage and advisory services.”

Rebecca Abraham graduated from Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand. Prior to her real estate career, she spent more than 10 years in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Her diverse background is further enriched by her global experience, having lived on three different continents, and her fluency in five languages.

Janna Williams is a United States Air Force veteran and the Chief Executive Officer of Roll Models.
