Alfred Sanzari Enterprises adds Mike Lyberatos to team

Hackensack, NJ — Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announced the hiring of Mike Lyberatos as VP and director of Property Management. In his new role, Lyberatos is responsible for optimizing building operations, enhancing the tenant experience, and driving long-term asset value through strategic oversight and operational excellence.

With over two decades of experience in commercial real estate, Lyberatos has deep expertise in property management, construction, and portfolio operations. Prior to joining Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, he served as VP of Property Management and Construction at The Birch Group, where he oversaw all property operations and capital project management across a diverse portfolio of assets in the Tri-State Area.

During his tenure at The Birch Group, the firm achieved a record-setting year in 2021, securing nearly 200,000 s/f of new office leases and receiving the first-ever Sustainability Award from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Northern NJ. The award reflected his leadership in enhancing environmental performance, implementing energy-saving strategies, and introducing sustainable best practices across the firm’s managed portfolio.

Earlier in his career, Lyberatos served as director of operations at Onyx Equities, LLC, and as senior director of Property Management at Mack-Cali Realty Corporation. He also held senior operational roles at a regional property management firm overseeing more than 13 million s/f.

A committed industry leader, Lyberatos currently chairs the Membership Committee for BOMA NNJ and is an active member of NAIOP New Jersey.
