Andrew Simoncini joined in 2022 and was named the Vice President of Operations at Axiom early in 2024. He is responsible for all vendor management, finance, and operations. He supports the staff with media planning and logistical coordination for events among other involvements.

He has proven to be a vital member of the Axiom team and works directly with account managers specifically related to the firm’s Commercial Real Estate clients in both the multifamily and logistics sectors. Andrew’s leadership at Axiom continues to provide existing clients with superior service and attention but has also helped the firm establish new clients by developing dynamic and novel proposals that capture the industry and general public’s attention to broaden each brand’s notoriety in their respective sectors.

Andrew’s role at Axiom continues to advance the company’s model and growth expectations in serving its existing and expanding client base including Russo Development, Onyx Equities, DMR Architects, and The Solomon Organization - while also providing support for Axiom’s Property Rights efforts in New Jersey for multifamily owners – both big and small. Through Andrew’s previous professional experience and close ties to the New Jersey Real Estate community, his acumen mirrors Axiom’s boutique approach to its business model which provides close, personalized services across a range of communications, marketing, crisis management, and localized community activations custom tailored to the client and their needs.

Andrew has also immersed himself in civic affairs and is the co-chair of the Emerging Leaders Committee of the Meadowlands Chamber. The Chamber’s Emerging Leaders Committee is dedicated to expanding business connections and leadership opportunities for both young entrepreneurs and young executives. The program simulates interaction between young individuals and seasoned executives connecting them in ways that are often difficult to establish without a program like Emerging Leaders.

Andrew is also on the Board of the Meadowlands YMCA, where he serves on various committees and continues Axiom’s service as a pro bono marketing and public relations agency. In Andrew’s role as a Board Member at the Y, he has been directly involved in coordinating and fundraising for its annual Gala Committee where he spearheaded efforts to raise more than $225,000 for this year’s event that will help the Y continue its community outreach and support efforts. In addition to being a vital member of the fundraising team at the Meadowlands YMCA, he also provides volunteer and public relations activities related to the Y’s Food Distribution and Food Pantry programs. The Russo Family Food Pantry at the Y currently serves over 1,700 individuals, provided over 8.5 million pounds of food to area residents since the start of Covid, and serves 200 children dinners and snacks during the school year.

He has a BA from Ursinus College in Communications and an MBA from Ithaca College.
