Fair Lawn, NJ — Atkins Companies has acquired a 150,000 s/f medical/professional office building located at 17-17 Rte. 208 in Fair Lawn for $22M.
Upon the acquisition, Atkins Companies immediately filled the previous vacancy, signing a 6,000 s/f expansion with current tenant Gottlieb & Greenspan, LLC, a healthcare reimbursement law firm, and a new 4,600 s/f lease with SportsCare Physical Therapy, bringing the property to full occupancy.

17-17 Rtes. 208 is a three-story, 150,000 s/f class A office building strategically located in central Bergen County near Rtes. 4 and 17 and the Garden State Parkway. The building is anchored by a newly built-out Summit Health multispecialty hub currently totaling 78,000 s/f.
“Our acquisition of 17-17 Rte. 208 reflects our commitment to investing in high-quality, well-located medical office properties that meet the evolving needs of today’s healthcare providers,” said Cory Atkins, principal of Atkins Companies. “We are excited to bring the building to full occupancy and leverage our relationship-driven approach to ensure a premier experience for our tenants and their patients.”
