Chappaqua, NY — Atkins Companies announces a 14,000 s/f lease with Tokio Marine HCC at the Medical Offices at Chappaqua Crossing, located at 480 Bedford Rd. in Chappaqua.

Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Tokio Marine HCC is a specialty insurance company.

The Medical Offices at Chappaqua Crossing is part of Chappaqua Crossing, a mixed-use reimagining of the former Reader’s Digest global headquarters. The Medical Offices at Chappaqua Crossing spans 490,000 s/f of professional and medical office space anchored by Northwell Health’s Northern Westchester Hospital.
