Avison Young & Alliance HP negotiate 7 leases for the Spring Mill Creative Campus in Conshohocken

Conshohocken, PA — The Philadelphia office of Avison Young has negotiated seven long-term leases for the Spring Mill Creative Campus, a large historic complex that has been renovated and reimagined as a creative workplace in Conshohocken.

Four fast-growing companies including ZeroEyes, Love Beets and NXTSports signed new leases at the office complex. Three other companies, including Bowstring Studios, renewed their leases.

The deals totaled more than 60,000 s/f at the Spring Mill Creative Campus, owned and recently redeveloped by Alliance HSP. Representing Alliance HP in the deals was an Avison Young team led by Patrick Brady and Paul French, both Principals; and Ryan FitzPatrick, vice president.

“The Spring Mill Creative Campus is attracting some of the area’s most dynamic and fastest-growing companies, despite the effects of the pandemic on the economy,” Brady said. “Tenants are looking for exactly what the Spring Mill Campus offers — exceptional space ideally situated in one of our region’s most sought-after submarkets.

“Spring Mill has always been a great measuring stick for Suburban office activity. These new deals are demonstrating that there is significant demand to get back into the office. We expect the pace to pick up in 2021 at Spring Mill and throughout the region,” Brady added.

The Spring Mill Creative Campus is located in the heart of Conshohocken, just a short walk from SEPTA’s Spring Mill Station and the Schuylkill River Trail. It easily accessible by car, train or bike.
