West Conshohocken, PA — Avison Young’s Philadelphia office announced that Jennifer Stark, AIA, CSBA, has been promoted to vice president of project management. Stark had worked as a Senior project manager for the past five years alongside Bill Connor, former principal and vice president of project management.
“I’m honored to carry on Bill Connor’s legacy and lead Project Management to even more success,” Stark said.
Stark’s recent accomplishments include serving as an Owner’s Representative for completion of a 25,000 s/f build-to-suit building for Maillie, LLP in Limerick, PA; completion of the River House at Odette’s, a boutique hotel in New Hope, PA; and space renovations for Performance Garage, a Philadelphia non-profit dedicated to supporting the professional dance and performing arts communities.
