New Jersey — Azarian Realty Co. announced its newest signed lease with The UPS Store at Neptune Plaza Shopping Center in Neptune City.
The UPS Store joins other tenants in the center including a ShopRite, and a free-standing TD Bank. Hobby Lobby has also been under construction in the center and is set to open soon in an expansive 58,952 s/f space. With the addition of The UPS Store, Neptune Plaza will be fully occupied.

Azarian Realty Co. announced its newest signed lease with Poke 46 at Pine Brook Plaza in Pine Brook. Pine Brook Plaza is a 7,941 s/f one-story shopping center consisting of seven tenant spaces ranging from 900 s/f to over 2,100 s/f. Poke 46 will be occupying a 900 s/f space.
Poke 46 is a dine-in and take-out restaurant that offers an assortment of Hawaiian poke. What makes them stand out is their offering of fresh fish and ingredients. They also offer sushi bowls and bubble teas. Poke 46 is the owner, Jack Lin’s, third location in New Jersey, as they already run Millburn Poke Bowl in Millburn, and Poke 22 in Springfield.
Poke 46 joins other tenants in Pine Brook Plaza including F45 Training, Nail Connection, Luxe Hair Salon, Taqueria La Unica, Number 1 Chinese Restaurant, and a Spa. The addition of Poke 46 leaves Pine Brook Plaza reaching full occupancy.
