Azarian Realty Co. is excited to announce its newest signed lease with JNA Fitness at the

Montvale Shopping Center. The Montvale Shopping Center is an approximate 4,500 SF one-story strip center consisting of three 1,500 square foot tenant spaces. Montvale Shopping Center is centrally located within the major retail throughfare of the Northern Bergen County enclave of Montvale Township.

Boasting a median income of $185,000, the property is also adjacent to many major corporate headquarters and single-family residences.

JNA Fitness is a fitness studio for one-on-one or small-group personal strength training. JNA

Fitness specializes in supporting men and women aged 40 and up to achieve their weight loss and strength training goals. In addition to their intimate fitness classes, they also offer customized nutrition support.

Their occupancy at Montvale Shopping Center will be their third location in Bergen County, New Jersey.

JNA Fitness is slated to open for business in September and joins Montvale Chinese Cuisine and King Cleaners bringing the property to 100% occupancy.
