Azarian Realty Co. signs Pearle Vision at Plaza K

Metuchen, NJ — Azarian Realty Co. has signed a lease at the Plaza K Shopping Center in Metuchen with Pearle Vision. Pearle Vision will occupy a 2,400 s/f portion of a larger, divisible end-cap space, which was formerly occupied by Sleep Number.

The national eye care center, offering eye exams, eyeglass fittings, and selling designer frames and lenses, will be operated by TEHG, the local franchisee who operates nine Pearle Vision stores in the region.

Pearle Vision joins other tenants in Plaza K Shopping Center, including The Vitamin Shoppe, Fast Bagel, House of Dentistry, Pho One Vietnamese Restaurant, and Any Garment Cleaners.
