Barley Snyder appoints new partner Reilly Noetzel to Partnership Group

Lancaster, PA — Barley Snyder has added attorney Reilly S. Noetzel to the firm’s partnership group.

Noetzel is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group and the Construction, Environment, Land Use, and Municipal industry groups in addition to being a licensed title agent. He represents clients in all aspects of their real estate transactions and developments with a particular focus on condominium and planned community law, land use and development, construction and regulatory matters as well as leasing. Noetzel started his legal career at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General before transitioning to private practice with Barley Snyder in 2017.

He earned his law degree from Maurer School of Law at Indiana University Bloomington and his bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College.

A Lancaster County native, Noetzel is very active in his community. Currently, he serves on the board of directors for the Central Market Trust and the Penn Manor Education Foundation. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s House of Delegates and is active with the Lancaster Bar Association. Noetzel also serves as the ethics committee chair for the Building Industry Association of Lancaster County and is a member of the Community Associations Institute’s Keystone Chapter. In addition to his organization affiliations, he has served as an adjunct faculty member for Messiah University and frequently speaks on a variety of topics in the community association, real estate, zoning, and land development sectors.
