Warminster, PA — Newmark announced the transaction of four leases totaling 30,323 s/f at County Line Commerce Center, located at 101-163 East County Line Rd. in Warminster. The leases include 12,521 s/f leased to Sabre Systems, Inc.; 10,655 s/f leased to Youbill, Inc.; 4,000 s/f leased to ScanSource, Inc. and 3,147 s/f leased to Procensis, Inc. Newmark managing director Justin Bell represents owner, Balashine Properties, a Pennsylvania-based company acquiring class A and value add office buildings to provide first-class management. “With renovations at the County Line Commerce Center campus and the addition of an amenity center, we have seen a healthy amount of tenant interest,” said Bell. “Property improvements have proven very successful, leading to four leases, with our most recent being completed during this challenging COVID-19 environment.
