Allentown, PA — Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc. has completed a lease transaction in The Offices at 3900 Hamilton Center, 3900 Hamilton Blvd. in Allentown, with SmartAcre Inc.
Ryan Dietrick of Berkshire Hathaway Fox and Roach commercial division represented SmartAcre and Jonathan Epstein of Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc. represented the landlord for this transaction.
