Blau & Berg brokers lease for 103,912 s/f at Elizabeth Metropolitan Logistics Center

Elizabeth, NJ — The Blau & Berg Company has brokered a lease for a newly constructed industrial warehouse spanning 103,912 s/f at 865 Newark Ave. in Elizabeth. This facility, “Building 1” of the two-building Elizabeth Metropolitan Logistics Center, stands in tandem with an adjacent ±196,087 s/f warehouse, “Building 2”, which remains available for lease.

The transaction was brokered by The Blau & Berg team comprised of Jason Crimmins, CCIM, SIOR, Alessandro (Alex) Conte, CCIM, SIOR, Peter Murano, Jr., SIOR, Dylan Meade, and Troy Schaafsma on behalf of the Brookfield Properties’ team of Kyle McGrady, senior associate, industrial asset management, Tyler Mordas, VP, investments, Keith Edwards, head of real estate management, and Sam Hart, investments associate.

The Blau & Berg Company, a distinguished commercial has orchestrated a lease for the ± 17,104 s/f trucking facility and accompanying IOS acreage at 614 New County Rd. in Secaucus, NJ.

The new tenant of the property is Global Truck Repair, formerly based in Kearny, which will use the Secaucus facility as their new headquarters.

The Blau & Berg Company has sold the ±6,250 s/f industrial Condo located at 161-A Industrial Parkway in Branchburg. Blau & Berg’s Alex Dombrowski, sales associate, brokered the sale.

The ±6,250 s/f industrial condo was an ideal fit for the buyer due to its convenient location near their main facility on Rte. 22 West. The new owner, Raritan Associates LLC, is a well-established local electrical contractor with over 40 years of experience providing installation and general maintenance services for residential, industrial, and commercial properties. They plan to utilize the facility to support their business expansion.
