Horsham, PA — Industrial Investments, Inc. announced that an affiliate has acquired a 67,294 s/f flex/industrial facility located in Horsham. The building was formerly operated by Comcast as a call center and regional service branch.

The property spans 7.4 acres and features 390 parking spaces, 1,200 amps of power, a backup generator, and clear ceiling heights ranging from 16’6” to 17’6”. Industrial Investments plans to undertake a comprehensive renovation of the property, including the installation of a new roof, subdividing the building into multiple fully air-conditioned flex/light industrial units tailored to a wide range of uses, including flex, office, laboratory, research & development, production, assembly, and warehouse functions.

Originally constructed in 1989, the building was designed as a versatile flex asset with strong structural bones and infrastructure. The site offers future opportunities for added loading capabilities and vehicle parking to accommodate evolving tenant requirements.

“We are delighted to expand our footprint in Montgomery County with this strategic acquisition,” said John Bown, III, partner at Industrial Investments, Inc. “The previous owners maintained this asset to a high standard, and we’re excited to carry that stewardship forward. With its infrastructure, accessibility, and adaptability, we believe the property will be well received by regional businesses and will complement our portfolio seamlessly.”

The acquisition was facilitated by Industrial Investments’ team of John Bown, III, and Christopher Bown, who represented the buyer in the transaction. Adam Gillespie, principal, and Ben Fabiszewski, associate, of Avison Young represented the seller.
