BRC handles sale of 20,000 s/f Flemington retail strip center

Flemington, NJ — Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) announced its brokered the sale of 257 Rte. 202 in Flemington, a 20,000 s/f retail strip center, to Yam Holding Corp. for $3.2 million.

Chandler Vanderbeek, vice president, Connor Vanderbeek, vice president, and Steve Bussel, SIOR, president, of BRC represented the seller, 257 Route 202 LLC, in the transaction.

257 Route 202 in Flemington is a 20,000 s/f retail shopping center located directly off Route 202 near the Flemington shopping circle and numerous major national retailers and outlet centers. The shopping center has such co-tenants as Boni Tire & Auto, Kick Quest Martial Arts & Fitness, Koros Wargames, Hunterdon Ceramic Tile, Flemington VSC Smoke Shop and First Choice Aquatics.
