Breslin Realty Announces Lease Signing with Quickway Hibachi in Farmingdale, NY

GARDEN CITY, NY (March 10, 2025) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce the signing of a long-term lease with Quickway Japanese Hibachi at 909 Broadhollow Road, Farmingdale, NY in the Republic Plaza Shopping Center.
Quickway Japanese Hibachi is a quick-service concept in which the food is cooked to order on an open grill in full view of the customer. They offer chicken, beef, shrimp, tofu, or salmon dishes, as well as choices of salads, sides, and sushi, all prepared from fresh ingredients and homemade sauces.
The new 2,500 square foot restaurant will be the first Quickway Japanese Hibachi on Long Island. Quickway currently operates over 50 locations in Maryland and Virginia, and have recently announced an upcoming location in Brooklyn, NY.
Quickway Japanese Hibachi will be joining a host of popular quick-service and full-service restaurants at Republic Plaza, such as Chili’s, Panera Bread, Chipotle Mexican Grill, The Halal Guys, and Burger Village. Bank of America and AAA also inhabit the shopping center, which a 220,000 square foot Walmart Supercenter anchors.
