UNION, NJ — Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) has leased the entirety of 601 Lehigh Ave. in Union, a 160,000 s/f industrial building, to Eastern Coach Company, LLC.
Jordan Metz, senior vice president, Eric Koons, vice president, and Benito Abbate, sales associate, of BRC represented the landlord, 601 Lehigh Avenue, LLC. The tenant was represented by Lee & Associates in the transaction.
