Bussel Realty Corp. leases 7,500 s/f in Roselle, NJ


Roselle, NJ — Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial/retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, announced its leased 7,500 s/f at 197 East Highland Pkwy. in Roselle, a 9,400 s/f industrial building, to Lucky Construction LLC.

Steve Jaynes, industrial specialist, of BRC represented the landlord, East Deal Inc. / MM Realty, and Lucky Construction LLC in the transaction.
