Campbell announces lease at 3501 N. Front St. in Harrisburg

Harrisburg, PA – Campbell Commercial Partners announced the leasing of 4,000 s/f of office space at 3501 N. Front St. in Harrisburg.

The new tenant, the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV), will relocate from its current office at 3605 Vartan Way.

“PCADV is thrilled to be right in the heart of Harrisburg on Front St.,” said CEO Susan Higginbotham of PCADV, the oldest statewide domestic violence coalition in the nation. “We are looking forward to having a fruitful residency in this space as we, in partnership with our 59 domestic violence programs, continue to serve survivors and victims of domestic violence all over the state.”

Jessica Gasper and Art Campbell of Campbell Commercial Partners represented the landlord in the transaction.

4642 Jonestown Road

Campbell Commercial Partners announced the successful leasing of 4642 Jonestown Rd. in Harrisburg, a 28,000± s/f office building.

The new tenant, Yingst Building Group, will be relocating its operations from Smith St. to the new location.

The lease transaction was facilitated by Larry Kostelac and Art Campbell of Campbell, who represented both the landlord and the tenant.
