CENTRAL PA — Campbell Commercial Partners announced the completion of several recent lease transactions across Central Pennsylvania, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to helping businesses secure strategic locations and supporting continued economic growth throughout the region.
Among the recent transactions completed by Campbell Commercial Partners:
• Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Harrisburg Area leased 2,986 s/f at 3605 Vartan Way in Harrisburg. This will serve as a new location for them in the area. Campbell Commercial Partners represented the tenant.
• Serhant Capital Hill PA LLC, a national residential brokerage firm, leased 3,600 s/f at 4231 Trindle Rd. in Camp Hill. This is their first office in Central Pennsylvania. Campbell Commercial Partners
represented the landlord.
• Manisha Gurung leased 3,200 s/f of warehouse space at 1591 S. 19th St. in Harrisburg. Campbell Commercial Partners represented the tenant.
• TopTec Sales LLC leased 1,500 s/f at 1609 State Rd. in Duncannon for their printing business. Campbell Commercial Partners represented both the tenant and landlord.
• Dignified Home Care LLC leased office space at 635 N 12th St. in Lemoyne. Campbell Commercial Partners represented the landlord.
