HARRISBURG, PA — Campbell Commercial Partners announced two recent successful transactions in the Harrisburg area
The firm facilitated the sale of 990 Peiffers Ln. in Harrisburg, PA.
The fully leased 23,300 +/- s/f flex building in Union Square Industrial Park on 1.68 +/- acres is home to UPS Midstream Services, HQ in Deer Park, Texas.

Additionally, Campbell Commercial Partners announced the successful sale of 831 Market St., a prominent 3,750 s/f office building located in the heart of Lemoyne Borough. The new owner plans to renovate the building into a three-unit residential property, bringing new life and housing opportunities to the area.
