Art Campbell and Jessica Gasper represent the sellers of 313 W. Shady Lane


LEMOYNE, PA — The eight-building complex at 313 W. Shady Lane includes 13 apartment units and 32 townhouses. The property sold for $6,675,000.

Located adjacent to East Pennsboro High School, the complex was built in multiple phases beginning in 1985. The final phase, completed in 2005 by the previous owners, added 10 three-story, three-bedroom townhouses. The sale also included the adjoining 1.5-acre parcel at 325 W. Shady Lane.
