CBRE represents Paramount Property Management in lease negotiations

Newark, NJ — In two transactions arranged by CBRE, Team Management and Project Ready, two expanding social work organizations, have leased 2,800 and 4,000 s/f, respectively, at Paramount Property Management’s The Academy Building at 17 Academy Street in Newark, NJ.

CBRE’s Marta Person Villa represented Paramount Property Management in both lease negotiations.
