Colliers facilitates sale of 106,045 s/f industrial facility on behalf of Faropoint

Gorodesky, SIOR, McGhee & Gorodesky, CCIM close deal

The transaction was facilitated by a Colliers team consisting of Richard Gorodesky, SIOR, Andy McGhee, and Adam Gorodesky, CCIM, who marketed the property, representing the seller, Faropoint.

Based in Bensalem, UniCup International specializes in custom printed paper cup manufacturing, placing a strong emphasis on both quality and environmental responsibility. With the acquisition of the 1211 Ford Rd. facility, UniCup International will continue to grow its operations to produce high-quality disposable cups.
