Philadelphia, PA — Colliers announced two new hires:
Andrew Weinstein has joined the retail division as an associate in Philadelphia. Weinstein is an Abington native and a recent graduate of Drexel University with a BS in Real Estate Management and Development.
With experience as an investment analyst, as a property manager, and most recently as a people and project manager for large-scale developments - Weinstein has crafted a unique and valuable path in the real estate industry in just a short time.
Charlie Rogers comes to Colliers after spending the past seven years working for Comcast where he analyzed and managed business intelligence across multiple divisions, and 14 international business partners, to deliver insights and recommendations focused on improving customer experience holistically. Before this, Rogers worked in both real estate property management and as a project manager for an international civil engineering firm.
Rogers grew up outside of Philadelphia, attended The Haverford School, Colgate and Drexel Universities. From 2009-2016, Charlie served in the Pennsylvania National Guard as an armored cavalry soldier attached to A Troop, 104 Cavalry Squadron. He is also active as a Baritone in a Philadelphia based choir.
