Savills team of Feinberg, Nasatir, DiChiara and Glass represents tenant

FALLS CHURCH, VA — Compass Health Center, a provider of intermediate levels of mental health care, including partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs, has signed a lease to occupy 22,203 s/f of space at 3160 Fairview Park Dr., Unit 300. The Savills team of vice chairman Eric Feinberg, corporate managing director Brandon Nasatir, managing director Nick DiChiara, and executive vice president Jon Glass represented Compass Health Center in the transaction.
The new location marks Compass Health Center’s first physical site in Virginia, extending the organization’s specialized mental health services into the state. Set to open in Spring 2027, the facility will offer in-person treatment programs for adolescents, young adults, and adults. It will support Compass Health Center’s evidence-based model with dedicated space for individual therapy, group therapy, and collaborative care, conveniently located for patients and staff throughout the Washington metropolitan area.
“Expanding into Northern Virginia is an important milestone for Compass Health Center as we continue to increase access to high-quality mental health care,” said David Schreiber, MD, co-founder and chief executive officer at Compass Health Center. “We’ve seen a growing need for our specialized services in the region through our virtual programs, and this new location will allow us to provide individuals and their families with in-person care in a modern, patient-centered environment that supports healing and long-term well-being.”
Compass Health Center, headquartered in Illinois, is one of the country’s leading providers of PHP and IOP services. Founded in 2011 by board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrists David Schreiber, MD, and Claudia Welke, MD, Compass Health Center has built its reputation on strong treatment outcomes for patients facing mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and school anxiety and refusal. Compass Health Center has offered virtual services in Virginia since 2024, and now it’s building on that presence: the Falls Church location will be the company’s first physical site in the state.
“The central location of 3160 Fairview Park Drive provides Compass Health Center with strategic access to the densely populated areas of Fairfax and Arlington counties, as well as the Washington, DC area,” added Feinberg. “Given the large number and diversity of health care and medical groups in WestTech Business Park, this is the perfect landing spot for Compass Health Center. Compass Health Center’s future home is near several major interstates and numerous amenities that will be convenient for both patients and employees.”
