MONTCLAIR, NJ —Crow Holdings Development (CHD) has hired Travis Conley as senior associate, construction management. The appointment strengthens the organization’s New Jersey-based leadership team as CHD advances a robust pipeline of industrial development projects in the Northeast market.
A resident of Rumson, NJ, Conley is a real estate development and construction professional with more than 15 years of experience executing ground-up developments, redevelopments, and capital improvement programs across commercial and industrial assets. At CHD, he is responsible for supervising design professionals throughout pre-development; overseeing construction operations; managing projects with a focus on quality, schedule and budget; and identifying ways to improve efficiency.
Today’s development projects demand innovative problem solving, disciplined cost management, and careful execution to achieve meaningful and successful outcomes, Conley observed. “Crow Holdings Development’s holistic approach to the full project lifecycle closely aligns with how I’ve approached my work throughout my career,” he said. “Few developers have this level of experience and track record of proven execution on projects of any scale. Crow Holdings Development’s ability to proactively navigate challenges and deliver high-quality projects sets it apart, and I look forward to contributing as part of this forward-thinking team.”
Prior to joining CHD, Conley held senior leadership roles within a vertically integrated real estate investment platform overseeing development, construction operations, and asset management functions. He earned a bachelor’s degree in history and economics from Rutgers University, and a master’s degree in construction engineering management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
“Travis brings the experience and strategic mindset required to advance our active development pipeline,” said Clark Machemer, CHD senior managing director. “As we move multiple commercial projects toward and through construction, his leadership undoubtedly will strengthen our ability to execute effectively and capitalize on growth opportunities.”
